This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with YouTube. By entering, you release YouTube from any and all liability related to this giveaway.

1. Sponsor

This giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered by Cipher Gaming, Texas, USA (“Sponsor”). The Giveaway is subject to these Official Rules and all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Questions may be directed to giveaway@ciphergamer.com.

YouTube is not a sponsor of this Giveaway and is not responsible for its administration. By participating, entrants release YouTube from any and all liability arising from or related to this Giveaway.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and members of their households are not eligible.

Under 18? A parent or legal guardian may enter on your behalf from the parent’s or guardian’s own YouTube account. The parent or guardian will be the official entrant and winner of record, and all verification and prize fulfillment will be handled with them.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM Central Time on July 24, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on August 31, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Comments posted outside the Entry Period will not be counted.

4. How to Enter

To enter, leave a comment on any video on the Cipher Gaming YouTube channel during the Entry Period.

Each video may include a fun comment prompt. Answering it is encouraged but not required — any comment counts.
Each video you comment on counts as one (1) entry, up to a maximum of five (5) entries per person/channel.
Multiple comments on the same video count as one (1) entry for that video.
Comments must be posted during the Entry Period. Live chat messages sent during streams do not count as entries.
Spam, duplicate, or bot-generated comments, and comments that violate the YouTube Community Guidelines, will be disqualified.
You keep all rights to your comment. Entering does not transfer ownership of your entry to Sponsor.
No purchase, payment, or subscription is required to enter or win.

5. Prizes

Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) Cipher-branded t‑shirt in the winner’s choice of available size. Approximate retail value: $40 per prize; $200 total for all prizes.

Shirts are made to order after winner verification. Please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery after your size and shipping address are confirmed. Prizes ship to U.S. addresses only. No substitutions or cash equivalent. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.

6. Winner Selection & Odds

After the Entry Period closes, five (5) winners will be selected at random from all eligible comments across the Cipher Gaming channel using a random comment-picker tool. The drawing will be screen-recorded. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winners will be announced on or about September 7, 2026 in a pinned comment on the giveaway announcement video and in a post on the Cipher Gaming channel Community tab. Winners’ YouTube handles will be announced publicly as part of Giveaway administration.

7. Notification, Claims & Verification

Winners will be contacted only via a reply to their winning comment posted from the official Cipher Gaming channel.

To claim a prize, email giveaway@ciphergamer.comwithin seven (7) days of the winner announcement. Include a reference to your winning comment, your YouTube @handle, your shirt size, and your U.S. shipping address.

Winners may be required to verify ownership of the winning account before prizes ship — for example, by posting a verification code, provided by Sponsor over email, as a reply from the winning account. Failure to claim or complete verification within the claim window will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be drawn at random from the remaining eligible entries.

8. Impersonation Warning

We will never ask for payment, “shipping fees,” or bank or card details, and we will never contact you via WhatsApp, Telegram, or text message.

Legitimate winner contact comes only from (1) a reply to your comment posted by the official Cipher Gaming channel and (2) the addressgiveaway@ciphergamer.com. Any other account, address, or platform claiming you have won is an impersonator — please report it to YouTube.

9. Privacy

Winner information (name, shirt size, and shipping address) is collected solely to produce and ship prizes. It is never sold or shared, and it is deleted after delivery is confirmed. A list of winners (YouTube handles) is available on request viagiveaway@ciphergamer.com.

10. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Sponsor may disqualify any entry that violates these rules or the YouTube Community Guidelines.

If fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel it; in that event, prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received before the action was taken. Material changes to these rules will not be made during the Entry Period except where required for legal compliance.

By accepting a prize, winners agree that Sponsor is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or from acceptance or use of a prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
