Giveaway Rules

These are the official rules for all Cipher Gaming giveaways. Details for each giveaway — the prize, how to enter, and the entry deadline — are posted in the description of that giveaway's video or stream.

1. Eligibility

• Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Under 18? A parent or legal guardian may enter on your behalf. The parent or guardian is the entrant of record and will receive any prize.
• Members of the Cipher Gaming household and channel moderators are not eligible to win.
• Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. How to enter

• Entry instructions for each giveaway are posted in that video or stream's description.
• No purchase necessary. Entry is always free. Purchases, channel memberships, or donations do not improve your odds of winning.
• One entry per person unless the giveaway's description says otherwise.

3. Winner selection & notification

• Winners are selected at random from all valid entries.
• Winners are announced on the channel and/or contacted by reply on YouTube. We will never ask for payment, passwords, or financial information to deliver a prize.
• If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, we may select a new winner.

4. Privacy

• We collect only what is needed to deliver the prize (for example, an email address or game username), use it only for prize delivery, and delete it afterward.

5. YouTube disclaimer

• Giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, YouTube. By entering, you release YouTube from any and all liability related to the giveaway.
• All giveaways comply withYouTube's contest policies and guidelines.

6. Changes

• We may update these rules at any time; the version on this page applies to giveaways announced after the change.
