Short version: this is the website of a family gaming channel. Browse it, enjoy it, don't attack it. Our videos remain ours. Giveaways have their own rules.
1. Acceptance
By using ciphergaming.tv (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. What the Site is
The Site is an informational home for the Cipher Gaming channel: who we are, what we play, links to our videos, and the rules for any giveaway we are running. It has no user accounts and sells nothing.
Cipher Gaming Studio is our own internal application for publishing our videos to our own social media accounts and reading back their performance. It is not offered to the public and is not a service you sign up for.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its infrastructure;
- interfere with its operation, including automated abuse or overload;
- scrape or reproduce the Site to misrepresent it as your own;
- use the Site to break any applicable law.
Security reports are welcome — see security.txt.
4. Our content
Videos, artwork, characters, logos, and written material on the Site and on our channels belong to Cipher Gaming unless credited otherwise. You may link to and share our content. You may not republish it as your own, or use our names, personas, or artwork to imply endorsement.
Game footage remains the property of the respective game publishers and appears here as commentary and gameplay.
5. Third-party platforms
Our videos are hosted on third-party platforms including YouTube and TikTok. Those platforms have their own terms and privacy policies, which govern your use of them. We are not responsible for their availability, conduct, or content recommendations.
This Site is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by YouTube or TikTok.
6. Giveaways
Any giveaway we run is governed by its own published Official Rules, which take precedence over these Terms where the two differ. See Giveaways.
7. No warranty
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information on it is complete or current.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cipher Gaming is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or from any content on it.
9. Privacy
How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: this Site collects no personal information from visitors.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version and date at the top of this page will change when we do, and the updated Terms apply from the moment they are posted.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
